Atrial Flutter

Atrial flutter is a quick and regular atrial rhythm due to a circular atrial macroreentrant excitement. Symptoms include palpitations and sometimes weakness, exercise intolerance, dyspnea, and syncope. Also, atrial thrombi can form and embolize. The diagnosis results from the ECG.
