Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia

The hereditary spastic paraparesis are a group of rare hereditary, which are characterized by a progressive, spinal, nichtsegmentale spastic leg paresis, sometimes with mental retardation, seizures, and other extraspinalen deficits.
