Endometrial Cancer

Endometrial cancer are usually endometrioid adenocarcinomas. Typically occur postmenopausal vaginal bleeding. The diagnosis is made by biopsy. The staging (staging) is done surgically. Treatment requires hysterectomy, bilateral Salpingoovarektomie, mostly pelvic and para-aortic lymphadenectomy and excision of all probably affected tissue.
