(Scleroderma) In systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a rare chronic disease of unknown etiology, in the skin, joints and internal organs (especially the esophagus, lower gastrointestinal tract, lungs, heart and kidneys) by diffuse fibrosis, degenerative changes and Gefäßabnormitäten is characterized.
