(ATN) From acute tubular necrosis (ATN) is defined as a kidney injury caused by acute tubular cell injury and dysfunction. Common causes include hypotension or sepsis, which causes renal hypoperfusion and nephrotoxic drugs. If the disease does not cause kidney failure, the patient remains asymptomatic.
